When we put a load in the computer that shows an appointment time range, instead of a time certain, to show that an appointment is first come, first serve, drivers will often show up close to the end of the window. This causes a potential for not getting loaded or unloaded, and then that causes the next load to be missed.
Is this a BAD DRIVER issue where we need to get rid of those type of drivers, or is it a training issue where the company needs to be responsible for teaching drivers when they should arrive? |
