I'd like to propose a community effort to develop a set of indicators and multipliers to help determine a rating system for carriers' customers.

The indicators and multipliers I'd like to start with are...

Avg days to pay invoices (* - .1)
Avg Revenue per Mile (* 1)
Avg Miles per minute (* .2) - this is just a shot in the dark
Requires driver unload (- .2)

This is just a starting point, but you can see where I'm going with this. By figuring the values for each indicator for each of your customers, you should be able to rate customers numerically and decide who should get more capacity and who should get less.

For example, if we have two customers, A & B, who's stats are like so...
Avg Days to pay invoices A=35 B=29
Avg Revenue per Mile A=1.50 B=1.40
Avg Miles per Minute A=.625 B=.547
Req Driver Unload A=Yes B=No
Final Score A=2. (finish later)
Please post you comments, additional indicators and multipliers, etc.
