Davidson County Community College (Lexington, NC) has a Truck Driver Training Course listed on their Trucks for a mere $547.00
I saw these trucks at a US Xpress yard off of Green Needles Road, x 85, Intrastate 52. I don't drive for us xpress, just visiting a friend who was stuck there last week for truck repairs.
There are Colleges all over this Country that have Truck Driver Training Courses available at a fraction of what some of these supposed reputable Training Schools charge, like the Training School I attended in Goodlettsville, TN in '98 that charged $4k.
My wife paid a mere $2k in '00 here in Thomasville, NC for her School/Training. |
